  • About the Role: 
    Our client located in the beautiful north coast region of NSW is welcoming applications from experienced Dentists looking for a sea change. 
     
    This well established Dental Centre has successfully met all the requirements for the NSQHS Standards for Introductory Dental Practice Accreditation. However, even with immense potential having been serving the community since 2003 the practice is currently underutilized, with only three part-time dentists employed with a large patient demand.  To address this, the center is seeking a lead dentist and is providing attractive incentives such as equity ownership, sign-on bonus, and relocation benefits to potential candidates.
     
    The centre operates from 9am to 5:30pm on weekdays and remains closed on the weekends allowing you to enjoy the surroundings.

    This vibrant town is is known for its stunning waters and beautiful valley. Located in the the Great lakes area on the North coast of NSW just 3 hours from Sydney.Boasting great water sports and activities including some great fishing. There is also horse riding, golf, plenty of walking opportunities and 4wd experiences.

    About You: 
    • Current and Valid registration with AHPRA
    • Experience is essential. Possess 3-5 years clinical experience
    • Have experience or be willing to train in a sub-specialization.
    • Be willing to relocate, and integrate into the local community to develop local networks.
    • Proactively develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, visitors, and colleagues to facilitate the achievement of successful Practice goals.
    • Mentor other clinicians and be open to educational programs and progressive dentistry.
    • Actively work to create a harmonious team, encouraging inclusion of all team members and building a positive team culture.
    • Be result focused with an appreciation of priorities and be able to act on these with appropriate speed and urgency.
