Position: Multimedia Specialist

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $74,319 plus superannuation per annum

Our client is seeking a full-time Multimedia Specialist to join their team located in Trinity Beach – Cairns, Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new and unique content to engage target audience.
• Create and update educational blogs on fishing programs to be shared via online platforms.
• Produce high quality content for the purpose of capturing target audiences across a wide variety of media platforms.
• Adequately plan and organise media projects from start to finish to ensure objectives or outcomes are provided within the required timeframes.
• Use various computer programs from the Adobe Suite to seamlessly edit and combine images, videos, texts, audio as well as adjusting lighting of content, when required.
• Research and develop new video concepts to create fresh fishing content on a regular basis.
• Manage all equipment used in the process of producing content, including cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
• Actively maintain and manage all online media files, and edit images, videos and create animations for company use using a wide variety of skills and programs.
• Prepare content for upload and update on a wide variety of marketing channels, including the company website, paid media platforms, emails, YouTube and any other required social media platforms.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of at least three (3) years in a relevant role
• Previous experience producing multimedia content for educational purposes
• Proficiency with mainstream social media/online website platforms
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite programs.
