About this opportunity

Securecorp currently has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Full-TimeControl Room Officer to provide excellent customer service and emergency response to one of our sites in Logan. You will receive a permanent full-time roster tailored for optimal work-life balance, complete with compensation featuring award-based rates and additional allowances such as First Aid allowances where applicable. The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Assess and respond to situations of risk or hazard.
  • Access control and monitoring CCTV, Alarm systems
  • Incident report writing and data logs.
  • Site safety and monitoring
  • Providing consistent high quality customer service
  • Control access to security sensitive areas
  • Interact with various stakeholders including client representatives, building and facilities management, contractors, emergency services, employees and the general public.
  • Monitor Access control, alarm control and CCTV to detect any security breaches or incidents.
  • Risk identification, incident response and issue resolution
  • Access control
  • Incident report writing and data logs

Pay Rate & Roster:

We are looking for individuals who can commit to a 4 on/4 off rotating roster, working 12-hour shifts.

  • SSIA L4 rates + super
  • Standard rates from $27.88 per hour
  • Saturday rates from $41.82 per hour
  • Sunday rates from $55.78 per hour
  • Public holiday rates from $69.70 per hour.
