Position Summary: 

  • Be the “face of the hotel” – creating unforgettable memories for our guests through each interaction from arrival to departure 
  • Securely park guest cars, deliver bags and amenities in accordance with the hotel policies 
  • Lead the bell team in general operational tasks whilst assisting other front office associates 
  • Be an empowering supervisor by providing motivation and support to your department’s Ladies and Gentlemen 
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain all features & hotel offerings, 
  • Be an expert on the luxury hotel and the surrounding area, know it inside and out to exceed guest expectations 
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings 
  • Plan and execute team building activities for our associates as they are our most important assets 
  • Ensure all guest’s requirements and requests are anticipated and completed in a timely manner 
  • Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the department 
  • Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures  

About You: 

  • A current driver’s license  
  • Relevant experience in a similar supervisory role 
  • Working rights in Australia 
  • Enthusiastic to escalate your career 
  • Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment 
  • Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
