We are currently seeking experienced Front End Loader Operators to work night shifts within the recycling industry for one of our clients. Our client is a global leader in the packaging and recycling sector, they have been in the business for over 70 years with over 100 sites across Australia.

These positions are for day shift 6am - 1:30pm Monday to Friday and based in Springvale.

This role is varied, and you will be required to support all areas of the recycling operation where required. Please read the below careful and only apply if you meet these criteria as listed.

Your main duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Operating Front End Loader to move piles of sorter/ unsorter recycling rubbish
  • ensure recyclables are sorted based on texture eg paper, plastics
  • general clean up of the recycling plant

To be successful in this role you will have the following atttibutes and experience:

  • previous experience working in a fast paced environment
  • have great attention to detail
  • comfortable handling recyclables/rubbish
  • Must have a current LL license
  • great attitude and work ethic

This role is on a casual basis with the opportunity of long term basis on attitude and performance.
