THE ROLE 

As an ETS Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting our suppliers, subcontractors, client services team, and construction team. You will ensure that the ETS’s are accurately coded according to cost control categories and processed efficiently. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining clear communication and efficient processes throughout the construction journey.

Your day-to-day tasks would involve but not limited to:  

• Preparing and processing Extra To Schedule orders, ensuring correct coding and prompt processing within 24 hours for both quoted and non-quoted ETS. 
• Acting as the key point of contact for suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing clear and timely information regarding orders, prices, variations, and changes in products or suppliers. 
• Working closely with the construction, client services, accounts, procurement, and estimating teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate ETS processing. 
• Clarifying and verifying codes, ensuring accuracy in all ETS transactions and adherence to cost control standards.

To be successful for this role you'll need:  

• At least 12 months of experience in the building industry. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Estimating Software (e.g., IPS, Timberline). 
• Strong attention to detail with excellent mathematical skills. 
• A sound knowledge of the construction process and production estimating
