We have an exciting opportunity for Mentor in the Liverpool, NSW area to find job seekers secure employment. As a result of exceptional growth, we are recruiting across multiple locations for our Disability Employment Services program.

About the Role
Mentor proactively engage job seekers and place them into sustainable employment. Mentor achieve outcomes by motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills required for successful employment. Mentor tailor their services for individual needs so that jobseekers are supported and able to progress towards the labour market to gain and keep meaningful employment.

To be a successful Asurian Mentor, you must be able to balance empathy in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve business outcomes. You will have solid customer service and administrative skills and have ability to build successful relationships. You thrive working collaboratively in a diverse team environment. Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service and administration with sound computer literacy skills would be an advantage.
