Bollore Logistics Australia, Coal Pier Logistics Site and West Park Site are looking for Inventory Controller / Inventory Manager with the below job responsibilities:

·       Planning and implementation of inventory strategies (cycle counts, stock takes, errors analysis, etc) to achieve the highest accuracy as per the customer expectations

·       Ability to drive cycle counts and investigate the root cause of the variances

·       Maintain stock accuracy

·       Managing system reconciliation

·       Optimal utilisation of warehouse locations through consolidation of SKUs, Batches, and locations

·       Proper utilisation of warehouse aisles through occupancy reports and alerting when warehouse stocks reaching close to its capacity

·       Managing regular or periodic cycle counts and stock takes as agreed with the customers

·       Coordinating with the customers for regular disposal of obsolete, damaged, and expired stocks.

·       Coordinating with operations team to ensure they follow FIFO or FEFO strategies, batch management, serial numbers tracking, etc

·       Ensure location accuracy to support 100% order fulfilment, on time and in full

·       Clear and regular reporting to internal and external clients

Requirements

• Candidate must possess strong experiences in 3PL environment

• Good knowledge in inventory control

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advance level in Microsoft Excel

• Dynamic self-starter with good time management skills and negotiation abilities

• Independent, reliable and analytical

• Able to effectively communicate and drive collaboration across multiple levels of the organization

• Good understanding on cycle counts & stock take

• Knowledge on system reconciliation

• Ability to deal with difficult customers and customers from various cultural backgrounds.
