  • Customer Service Champion: You’re passionate about providing top-notch service, both over the phone and face-to-face, ensuring every patient has a positive experience.

  • Youthful Spirit: You have an affinity for working with younger patients, making their visit enjoyable and engaging.

  • Lifelong Learner: You're open to attending training courses and are eager to expand your knowledge and skills in the optometry field.
