Role Description

This is a full-time Occupational Therapist role based in Bass Coast, wonthaggi, phillip osland VIC, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Occupational Therapist at Fuller Life Australia, you will be responsible for delivering therapy services to individuals in need, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans and provide specialized care to improve clients' daily living skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, and NDIS.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience working with Pediatrics and understanding their specific needs
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Empathy, patience, and compassion in working with clients
• Ability to adapt to various environments and work in a team-oriented setting
• Current certification and license in Occupational Therapy
• Additional certifications or specialized training in related areas is a plus
