About the role

Our HR team is growing We havean exciting new opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join us in West Perth.

Reporting to the HR Manager –APAC, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HRTeam and the APAC region, providing assistance and guidance around general HRqueries, delving into reporting and analytics, and providing a first classcustomer service experience to our business leaders and employees alike.

This role will ideally suitsomeone who has spent some time in an HR Administration role and is looking toelevate their career to the next level.

Responsibilities ofthe role include:

Maintain the employee life cycle including employee onboarding,inductions and exit processes. Maintain the HR database and personnel master lists to accuratelyreflect employee details. Monitor and advise business leaders of employee milestones andcontractual obligations including end of probationary periods, key serviceanniversaries, visa expiry and contract end dates. Assist the HSEQ department with coordination of staff initiatives,where required. Support and contribute to key HR projects and initiatives asdirected by the HR Manager – APAC i.e. Enterprise Agreement Negotiations,policy/ procedure review, and improvement projects. Maintain internal data, systems and process to ensure compliancewith Company policies, procedures, process and legislation such as contractexpiry, visa expiry, fair and equitable processes.

To be considered forthis role, you will need:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within Human Resources in asimilar role This role will also suit someone who has worked in a medical orlegal field in an administrative capacity Certificate IV in Human Resources will be beneficial but notessential Demonstrated high level of customer service experience
