What we're looking for:

  • Relevant Qualifications: Appropriate credentials and certifications for Educator roles, Lead Educators, and Early Childhood Teachers (as approved by ACECQA)*

  • Relevant Licences & Work Rights: Working with Children's Check & Passport/Australian Birth Certificate (Teacher' Registration if required)

  • Commitment to Child Development: A strong dedication to nurturing and supporting the growth and development of young children.

  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with colleagues, children, and families to create a positive learning environment.

  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to various roles and educational settings as needed.

  • Accountability and Ownership: Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for tasks and outcomes, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement.

  • Effective Communication Skills: Excellent ability to convey information clearly and professionally to children, colleagues, and parents.
