Positions Available:

  • Intermediate Accountant
  • Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Intermediate Accountant:

  • Prepare financial statements and tax returns for a variety of clients.
  • Assist in the management of client relationships and respond to client queries.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior accountants and partners on complex accounting issues.
  •  Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Senior Accountant:

  • Oversee and review the work of intermediate and junior accountants.
  • Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents.
  • Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients.
  • Manage and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

Intermediate Accountant:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or CA qualification (or working towards).
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within a Chartered Accounting firm.
  • Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency with accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Senior Accountant:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or CA qualification.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a Chartered Accounting firm.
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring staff.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent client management and relationship-building abilities.
