This role is based onsite at the Gold Coast University Hospital .

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Planning: Establish, maintain, and improve maintenance planning and scheduling processes. Preventative Maintenance: Own and manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule. Coordination: Oversee technical service personnel and on-site contractors. Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations and continuous improvement initiatives. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders. Compliance: Ensure WHS & E policies and procedures are met by all stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

Develop and manage the overall maintenance planning activities. Establish cost and time estimates for planned maintenance work. Ensure availability of necessary parts, equipment, and services for maintenance tasks. Collaborate with the operations team to integrate maintenance work into the operational plan. Produce and present monthly reports and performance reviews to clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

Technical Expertise: Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in maintenance planning and scheduling. Education: Trade or Engineering qualification in Electrical or Mechanical fields. Skills: Proficient in desktop applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Expert level Excel skills and database knowledge are a plus.  Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Experience Level: Mid to senior-level.
