JOB DESCRIPTION

Our new Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs) are an even smarter and easier way to fulfil online orders and deliver the smiles for our customers. And you could get involved. Your role, no matter where you are at a CFC, will have a direct contribution to every customer's order. How good is that.

About the role 

Are you passionate about baking and ready to kickstart your career in the world of pastries and bread-making? This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about learning and wants to grow within a dynamic bakery environment.

As a Bakery Team Member at our Customer Fulfilment Centre, we’ll offer you an enjoyable team environment where you’ll be trained and supported through a Skilled Bakery course. Upon completion of the course, you’ll be qualified as a Skilled Baker. How good is this?

In this role your training and responsibilities include:

  • Dough making
  • Shaping/hand & machine molding
  • Processing dough into final products
  • Baking products in the oven
  • Training in all areas of OH&S and Food Safety Standards 

About you and your skills 

  • A passion for baking and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality baked goods.
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely.
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to work early mornings and weekends.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Previous experience in a bakery or culinary setting is a plus but not required.
