What you will be doing:

Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of Club Millesime to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts for VIP guests, providing exceptional service at every step of the journey Deliver established food & beverage service sequences, bringing your personalised flair to each guest encounter Maintain product knowledge of all menus and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to guests Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling Deliver personalised service with passion and professionalism Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalise service

Qualifications


Your experience and skills include:

Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role, within a luxury property Prior experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and Opera or a related PMS system. POS experience is an asset. Strong service skills, with confidence in all aspects of service Availability across a variety of shifts, including breakfast and evening service periods, across week day, weekends and public holidays Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification Full Australian working rights Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example A true love and passion for creating genuine memorable guest experiences
