General Requirements / Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience in geotechnical engineering, including field investigations and design development (ideal).
  • CPEng/RPEQ status (highly desired).
  • Experience or interest in leading teams and managing projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in writing proposals and tenders (preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • A valid driver’s license (some travel to sites across Australia may be required).
