Are you a Pinnacle Person? Then you will have the following:

  • Rotating roster, must be available 7 days a week
  • Must have own reliable transport and hold valid drive license 
  • Confidence in high-volume production kitchens and a la carte service 
  • Strong commercial cooking experience
  • Have your own uniform and knives
  • Professional grooming and presentation
  • Chef qualifications - Certificate III or IV
  • WH&S & an understanding of dietary requirements are to be adhered to
  • Valid Passport with no less than 6-months expiry
  • Hold a Police Check or willing to obtain one
  • Ability to work in a remote area (may be little to no internet access)
