Job Description

What’s involved in the Program?

Our Technology Graduate Program is a 2-year, fixed term contract, consisting of 4, 6-monthly rotations through various departments within our Enterprise Technology Services division. You will have the opportunity to strengthen your existing academic knowledge whilst building on and learning across new areas within technology.

You’ll be supported whilst gaining some real hands-on experience that will set you up in good stead for a rewarding and successful career in IT. Our technology team makes up one third of our business and so you’ll be joining a diverse and supportive team full of industry knowledge and experience ready to coach, train and mentor you.

You’ll have the chance to rotate through the following streams*:

  • Data, Infrastructure & Cloud
  • IT Security
  • Engineering
  • Service Delivery
  • Strategy & Governance  
  • IT Risk

*We will do our best to accommodate the areas of interest to you however this will be subject to availability at the time of onboarding.

Qualifications

What can you bring?

  • A strong academic track record in a IT related discipline; Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology etc.
  • A genuine curiosity and passion for technology and a desire to continually learn.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
  • An open-mind, initiative, and the ability to provide and embrace constructive feedback.

Additional Information

Who can apply?

  • Australian / NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident or those on 485 temporary graduate visas with full working rights.
  • Those who have completed an IT related undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the last two years or that will be completed prior to the program start date in February 2025.
