We are rapidly growing and expandingour values-based team of professional advisors and areseeking highly motivatedand experienced people from Senior consultant level through toDirector withdemonstrated experience in Sustainability Consulting and/orManagement Consulting.

You will:   

You will bring prior consultingexperience, having spent your foundational years in a big-4 orboutique consulting firm with client engagements across energy andresources and government with exposure to Sustainability/ESGstrategies and/or management consultingskills.     

Your passion and energy and desire towork cohesively and collaboratively, together with your strongclient focus, will be paramount as you join the existing team andwork alongside our values-led Partner who coaches and develops herteam to be their absolute best. This is a rare opportunity to joina new team from the ground up as they grow and scale to build amarket-leading practice in WA, supporting a variety of clients anddriving strategy across diverse businessfunctions.    

Theessentials:  

  • Qualifications in business, law/commerce, environmental science, HR or other relevant discipline  
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.   
  • Experience in managing and leading engagements with a small team of junior consultants.
