This is a first-rate opportunity for an energetic digital marketer in the early stages of their career to join a fast-paced marketing team for one of Australia’s iconic brands.

Reporting to the eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager you will be supporting the Amart Digital team to achieve the goals, strategies and outcomes relative to the strategic marketing objectives based on the Amart Furniture Business Plan.

Your Responsibilities:

This role is dynamic, and each day will be different as you work with a driven team who are passionate about growing the Amart brand and are passionate about all things Digital Marketing

Some of your duties will include:

  • Owning the maintenance of website content (banners, links, navigation and presentation) of the Amart Website
  • Managing online promotional strategies & implementations from the Campaign/Trade calendar which includes set ups, error checks and testing prior to go live.
  • Managing and reviewing product presentation on site with the assistance of our in-house design team to ensure the categorisation, imagery, copy, pricing and promotional tags are accurate and meet internal guidelines.
  • Supporting the execution and reviews of SEO & content strategies provided by our media agency.
  • Supporting customer service functions in all matters relating to eCommerce website operations and brand enquiries to ensure any issues are rectified in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining the product catalogue and deployment of new categories on site with regular website audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Regular On-Site Performance Monitoring and reporting that provides the business with clear insights and opportunities based on promotional performance, key website metrics and revenue targets.
  • Liaising with external and internal stakeholders (e.g. developers) to ensure consistent accuracy and improvements of the Amart Website – including working with the operations department to ensure consistency with store hours and testing development tickets for accuracy
  • Producing insights and relevant metrics on customer journey trends and on-site behaviours using relevant platforms.
  • Managing project and strategic eCommerce initiative timelines to both internal and external deadlines
  • Promoting and maintaining good relationships with both internal and external teams

Role Attributes:

To be considered for this role, we are after someone enthusiastic and willing to contribute in a team environment. You are a proactive problem solver with the ability to work cross functionally in a high-performing team and pride yourself on organisation and your meticulous attention to detail.

Your Key Attributes include:

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing or a related
  • Strong time management & attention to detail
  • Ideally 1 year experience in a similar Ecommerce or Marketing Role
  • CMS Experience – ideally in Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong Computer Skills – with Office Programs but in particular with Microsoft Excel
  • A basic understanding of SEO Best Practice
  • A basic understanding of HTML knowledge
  • A basic understanding of Google Analytics (or similar)

Past experience retail and Salesforce is highly desired but not mandatory.
