Experienced Qualified Baker

Dolcettini Patisserie in Dural houses our production kitchen with pastry chefs and bakers operating 7 days.

We are looking for vibrant energetic and passionate chefs with an all-round know-how in the patisserie game

Full time positions exist (including weekend work on rotation) to work in a dedicated strong team with high standards in hospitality.

As a Pastry Chef, you must work with a high degree of quality and finesse. You must have a good eye for detail with 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role or passion and willingness to learn.

A baker should have knowledge on how to mix dough, mould, proof and bake bread and specialty sourdoughs using in-house levain.

A pastry chef should have knowledge on how to make pastry dough, laminate, roll croissants, bake and finish venoisserie and all elements and traditional pastry methods.

We expect you have passion and drive with the ability to finish cakes and desserts for orders and in store sales including the ability to write on cakes of all sizes with elegance and precision.

As well, it is expected that you have skills in making and working with bavoir, mousses, gelees, glazes, ganache, crèmes, textured layers, tempered chocolate, pastry dough.

Salary offer is based on experience, qualifications and suitability/flexibility to the position.
