Based at our DC in Minto NSW, this role reports into our National Transport Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Daily Routing of deliveries
- Managing safety across CoR and driver incidents
- Relationship management across drivers and business owners
- Supporting customer focused initiatives to improve the last mile delivery service
- Abilities to solve operational transport issues day to day
- Stakeholder management across Amart DC, Stores, Quality and Customers
- Continuous improvement to drive customer/operational efficiencies
- Monitor Transport commercials
- Availability to work a roster Tuesday to Saturday (is necessary)
About you:
- Experience in utilising an ERP/ routing system
- Providing exceptional customer service and support for all Amart customers
- Support the logistics function in managing transport operational tasks
- Executing and influencing KPI such as DOT, VOC, Customer Service KPI’s and Safety
- Experienced in utilising Microsoft products such as Excel
- Can do positive attitude
