Solar Sales Consultant

At Watters Electrical, we are the top electrical contracting firm and a premier supplier of solar energy solutions in our area. Our team comprises skilled experts who are enthusiastic about providing superior solar solutions to our clients. Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Solar Salesperson to become a part of our team.

The Role:

As a Solar Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales of our solar energy solutions to both residential and commercial clients. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to provide high-quality solar solutions that meet our customers’ needs.

• Customer liaison, making calls to customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication and follow-up
• Create proposals and quotes for potential customers
• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Manage and update customer data in the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Attend industry events to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Full training will be provided.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of sales success in solar or a related industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct site assessments and create proposals for potential customers
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Be passionate and results focused sales professional and hungry to succeed.
