The Credit Monitoring Analyst is responsible for verifying accuracy of financial statements, analyzing credit and financial reports to ensure all documents are in compliance

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

1.Verify accuracy of financial statements and other reporting requirements provided by the borrower per the terms of the loan agreement

2.Calculate and analyze financial and other ratios to monitor the borrower’s compliance with loan documents

3.Calculate availability on Lines of Credit based upon Borrower’s provided financials 

4.Compare loan underwriting to loan documents to ensure all requirements agreed upon are present in the legal documents

5.Provide guidance to lending staff in creating and monitoring financial ratios required of borrower

6.Create and send default notices when the borrower is out of compliance with loan agreement requirements

7.Participate in the preparation of various reports on a periodic basis

8.Exhibit an understanding of and ensure compliance with Credit and Regulatory Policies

9.All other duties as needed or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: 

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, accounting, or business administration with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA. 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

Comprehensive knowledge of credit reports and determination of credit worthiness.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

High level of confidentiality required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Prefer prior experience in a financial institution.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Must be detail oriented with strong analytical abilities. 

Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, time-management, andorganizational skills. 

Must be able to work in a team environment, take initiative, and show solid work ethic.

Must have the ability to make appropriate judgements and decisions with limited guidance.

Excellent planning and organizational skills, including the ability to work independently onprojects of high complexity with minimal supervision.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and instill trust within the organization.


Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
40 hours per week
