IT Specialist

Role:

This is a 10 week assignment

Assists end users in navigating the IT infrastructure and relevant applications, adeptly troubleshooting, and resolving issues about PCs, local networks, servers, telephones, and various other IT platforms. Works in tandem with multiple third-party support providers and meticulously documents incidents within the service operations management system.
 
Job Responsibilities

Partners with various third-party support providers to address and resolve local end user and IT environment issues as well as service requests.

• Serves as the intermediary between the Service Desk and end users.
• Assists in preparations and conducts user acceptance testing necessary for infrastructure projects and enhancements.
• Ensures adherence to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining 5S standards across all sites.
• Engages with end users to facilitate preparations for Audit and SOX compliance.
• Communicates internally and externally with customers to record resolutions, propose action plans, and oversee project requirements and enhancements.
