The OGC deals with a wide variety of corporate and commercial arrangements and agreements, regulatory issues and litigation. Your new roleKey responsibilities include working with your colleagues to:draft and negotiate general contracts and commercial agreementsReview new products and service offeringsProvide legal advice in relation to tender documents and client service offeringsLiaise closely with the business and external counselYou bring to the roleYou must hold a current practicing certificate, and we value lawyers with:Post admission experience with a leading law firm or in an in-house environmentExperience negotiating general commercial contracts (experience in the engineering consultancy field is not essential but will be considered an asset)Strong drafting and negotiation skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills and experience building relationships with internal clients at all levelsA proactive and commercial approach to problem solvingWhat we offer youWe offer a supportive and collaborative culture that fosters professional development, encourages innovation and values work-life balance.We believe diversity of thought, background and experience strengthens relationships and delivers meaningful benefits to our people, our clients and communities.
