The opportunity

Silverchain has a vacancy for an Enrolled Nurse on a Permanent Full-Time basis. This position is based out of Geraldton and covers the surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity to work in the community with a variety of clients, under the clinical direction of the Registered Nurse.  

Key Responsibilities

You will be an experienced, multi-skilled Nurse who has experience in wound care, Catheter care and Diabetes management, using your exceptional assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills and abilities, you will provide an optimum standard of care to our clients, making a real contribution to their health outcomes.

About you

• Wound and Catheter care is highly desirable.
• 1+ years broad experience in general nursing
• Current Registration with the AHPRA with zero notations
• Compassion and enthusiasm, with a professional approach
• Excellent Communicational skills both Verbal and written.
• A current Full Australian driver’s licence
