Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia) is inviting expressions of interest to discuss joining the Aspect Therapy team in our Flex Reward Initiative.  The Therapist Flex Reward Initiative launching in January 2025, is ideal for those seeking more autonomy in their practice, while gaining the support and expertise of a large organisation. You will receive administration support with invoicing, paid annual and sick leave, superannuation, ongoing supervision and professional development opportunities. Qualifications

What you bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in speech pathology or occupational therapy
  • Membership with the AHPRA (OTs) or Speech Pathology Australia (SPA- speech pathologists) or willingness to obtain
  • Current driver’s licence, use of own vehicle for business purposes (reimbursed per km) and willingness to travel across your local community
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
  • Working with Children Check for paid employment for the state you reside in
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’ certificate. If you have not already completed the free module, click here to access it.
  • You may be required to provide an international police clearance
