Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

This role is responsible for executing the Experiential program across Victoria ensuring that Company objectives are met to support the target account base and that TaylorMade Golf is the #1 Brand Experience Company in Golf. The Technician Master Fitter is also responsible for custom fitting golf clubs and ensures the visibility and quality of TaylorMade equipment and products, while providing all other related services to satisfy customer requirements and requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct benchmark fitting and Experiential daysManage schedule to facilitate the target account strategyEnsure T&E costs are kept within specified budgetsAssist in planning and coordinating schedules with the local TaylorMade Sales RepresentativesEnsure all target accounts are serviced to the highest standardsMaintain high standard of club fitting & product knowledgeDevelop and maintain effective partnerships with customers and consumersAll events are to be booked well in advance and communication maximized via TM website MYfittingEXP application and in store POSWork closely with sales team on all facets of fitting strategy and event feedbackWillingness to travel extensively in the Victorian regionWillingness to travel internationallyWork with Accounts of TM to promote Fitting events providing all assets for successful attendanceEnsure security of TM product at all events & maintaining Select-Fit auditing at each eventProvide continuous feedback within the Experiential departmentAll demo/sample inventory is to be profitably managed and cleared on phase out timelinesMaintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers by being able to recommend the correct TM product to enhance player performancePlan and execute in-store training with TM platforms, with in line & during new product launchesPlan and execute HPS/Ambassador trainingOffer constructive feedback to Head Office on all issues affecting business including competitor analysisOther tasks as directed.

Requisite Education & Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, driven by a passion for golf, able to work autonomously and will be a strong team playerFriendly, outgoing and enthusiastic: high comfort level engaging with customersA strong and sincere passion for the TaylorMade brand and productsPreferably PGA trained or qualifiedStrong level of written and verbal communication skills; i.e. use of professional language and good judgment when interacting with customers regarding comparison of various product brandsStrong use of all Microsoft Office functionsPreferably trained with use of Trackman or Foresight GC quadA team player with convincing social competenciesProven ability to manage multiple tasks and handle competing priorities each dayEnjoys working as an individual and in a team environmentAbility to work weekends and evenings and be on-callBasic computer skills; Microsoft Office skills are essential, &Industry experience or an in-depth knowledge of the golf industry is requiredAbility to work extended hours as necessaryAble to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruptionLight physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials
