Factory Cleaner - Afternoon Shift

Due to continued growth, a well-established food processing warehouse located in Breakwater is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Cold Storage Cleaner to join the team in an ongoing role. Key Responsibilities:

• Thorough cleaning and sanitization of machinery and equipment used in the food processing facility.
• General workspace cleaning, ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
• Adhering to strict health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Identifying and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

About the Role:

• Afternoon Shift: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
• Full-time commitment of 38 hours per week.
• Ongoing position with the potential for long-term growth within the company.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic, with a focus on teamwork and the ability to take initiative.
• Prior experience in the cold storage or food processing industry is highly regarded but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
• Physically fit as the role will include repetitive lifting and moving of large metal tubs.
• The ability to work efficiently in a cold storage environment, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation at all times.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
