Eldercare is seeking a Full- timeMaintenance Officer to provide essential professional maintenance services across Eldercare's residential aged care facility located in Seaford, South Australia.

What is the role:

Provide excellent customer service to our residents, staff, and visitors. Carry out a variety of hands on programmed and reactive maintenance duties including gardening, painting, minor plumbing and building repairs Electrical Testing and Tagging (Training provided) Minor repairs to wheelchairs, beds, and various resident equipment Assist in overseeing compliance relating to fire safety and accreditation Supervise external contractors.

What do you bring:

Previous, relevant experience Self-starter with excellent time management skills and able to prioritise work A pleasant, friendly, and helpful approach with a positive and can-do attitude and a willingness to learn Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop positive working relationships Current Driver's Licence
