We are searching for our next Dispute Analyst to join our team. The role of the Dispute Analyst is to proactively manage and resolve all business claims with our carrier partners in and effective and efficient manner.
Requirements
As a Dispute Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Managing the quality of the claim inputs from the Billing team
- Reviewing and training with Billing team to enhance quality
- Converting claims into carrier formats that add-value to the carrier partners
- Submitting claims to carrier partners including in a timely manner, including insights, analysis and summary to influence decision-making
- Establishing and maintaining robust relationships with carrier partners to influence timely responses and credit note submission
- Timely processing of credit notes in system and resolving invoicing and credit issues
- Updating contracts and system records in collaboration with the Account Management team
- Proactive communication and follow up to efficiently resolve all claims matters with internal and external stakeholders
- Generating and interpreting valuable reporting and analysis in a timely manner and distribute with purpose
About you:
- Minimum of 12 months of Analytical and/or Billing experience
- Strong capability in resolving claims in timely and accurate manner
- MS Office (Intermediate – Advanced Excel)
- Successful track record of problem solving and continuous improvement projects
- Proven ability to manipulate, analyse and interpret data for decision-making
- Demonstrate strong mathematical ability
- Finance or Business Info Systems qualification desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
