What’s the gig?  

Our Security Team across Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint are searching for friendly, customer focused security professionals to join us for our busy summer period on a Seasonal Casual basis from December 2024 through to February 2025. 

The role of a Security Officer is to provide and maintain maximum security and safety for all persons and assets within Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint. This role includes a variety of security duties including, gatehouse, front entry, in-park and licenced areas. 

To be considered for this opportunity, you must hold the below qualifications:  

  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Current Security Licence (including unarmed, crowd controller, monitoring)
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification 

What do we need from you? 

Security experience is essential. You will be outgoing and approachable with exceptional communication skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure in an environment with high peak periods and varying workloads, while working as part of a cohesive team. Technical proficiency is a must. Flexibility is crucial, as shifts will be scheduled on a 24/7 roster including weekends, evenings, overnight and during peak school and public holiday periods.
