Digital Media Specialist

Sustain have partnered with a large ecom enterprise, who are looking for a motivated digital media specialist with a strong willingness to learn and expand beyond traditional digital marketing roles. This position focuses on platform and marketing technology rather than campaign management.

The ideal candidate will come from a paid media background, with excellent knowledge of relevant platforms (google marketing platforms & GA4), who is looking to move away from day-to-day execution and be more involved in the mar-tech expertise, providing support to the campaign execution teams from a data and optimisation perspective 

Sydney office, 1 day per week onsite, 4 days WFH
Open to strong candidates based in Melbourne or Brisbane 
$100K - $110K + Super

Responsibilities:

  • Martech Focus : Work on platform and marketing technology projects to support the social, display, and search teams. This includes ensuring the effective implementation and optimisation of marketing technology solutions.
  • Feed Management : Oversee and manage data feeds, ensuring accurate and timely data flow to support various marketing initiatives.
  • Tool Proficiency : Be adept at using a range of digital marketing tools and platforms, including data management tools, analytics platforms, and other martech solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver effective technology solutions. This involves regular communication and collaboration to ensure alignment with business objectives

  • Willingness to Learn : A genuine interest in expanding knowledge and skills beyond traditional digital marketing, particularly in the areas of data management and marketing technology.
