About the role
Queensland X-Ray (QXR) is looking for full-time Radiographers to join our team and support our Townsville region practices.
This opportunity allows you to work across fully comprehensive private practices which offer services including General X-Ray, CT, Mammography, Fluoroscopy, MRI, BMD and Dentascan procedures, working in conjunction with our Sonography and Nuclear Medical departments.
You'll have exposure to a lot of variety in different modalities with the opportunity for upskilling and career progression

About you
- Current AHPRA Registration and QLD Radiation Use Licence or willing to obtain
- Passion for providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to make decisions and work well under pressure
- Friendly, caring and compassionate nature
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- A radiographer/technologist delivering high-level medical imaging clinical services
Our Townsville team participate in a rotating roster across a variety of shifts including weekends and on-call work as required. Participation in our overnight roster will also be required.
