About the role

The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) will be a valued member of the Maternity Services. We are seeking a highly motivated Midwife who has a desire to work in our Maternity Services, demonstrating experience in Managment, Leadership and sound Clinical Skills. They will provide clinical excellence and be committed to providing the highest quality patient centred care across the Maternity Service.

  • Passionate about leading and delivering an exceptional patient experience to both our patients and their families.
  • Highly accountable and demonstrate a strong, supportive and engaging style.
  • Motivated to continually learn best practice models of care.
  • A role model in setting clinical standards to achieve high quality nursing care across the Birth Suites and Maternity setting.
  • Currently a Registered Midwife with AHPRA
  • An effective operational leader with Management Skills.
  • Comfortable working in a diverse and ever-changing environment.
  • Have working rights within Australia

Employment Type: This is a fixed term part time opportunity.
