About the role and team

Join our brand new security team for our healthcare client's state of the art manufacturing facility based in Clayton, starting on 1 August 2024. This role will be part of a customer-focused team of twenty, reporting into our Supervisor team. You will be the first point of contact for all who enter the premises, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating access control through internal systems.
• Conducting security inspections and patrols of laboratories, administration areas, warehouses, and outdoor spaces.
• Responding to security incidents and emergencies.
• Collaborating with law enforcement and security agencies.
• Providing administrative support and reception duties.

What we're looking for

• Customer service focus with a high level of communication and the ability to build rapport
• Holder of a current Victorian Security Licence
• Holder of a current Drivers Licence
• Completed a Certificate II or III in Security Operations
• Current First Aid & CPR qualifications, or willing to obtain this prior to employment
