About the Role:

Join our team as a Data Migration Specialist and play a pivotal role in delivering our business-critical SAP Employee Central Payroll implementation, set for go-live in March 2026. This fixed-term role is ideal for a detail-oriented expert in payroll processes, remediation, and data migration, ready to streamline systems and future-proof our payroll function. What your days looks like:

  • Develop detailed data migration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Examine data structures in both current and target systems to define data mapping, quality, and transformation rules for cloud migration.
  • Analyse and profile data for migration, identifying any data integrity issues or discrepancies.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure data integrity and quality. Resolve any issues that arise during the data migration process.
  • Lead consultations with vendors, business representatives, and IT teams to strategize and execute the data migration plan.

The Ingredients for Success:

  • Proven experience in data migration projects, specifically with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Familiarity with HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes, datasets, and data flows.
  • Proficiency in data conversion methodologies, source system analysis, and data mapping.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
