Department Manager (Multiple Opportunities Available) - Woolworths Coffs Harbour / Woolgoolga Area

Multiple Department Manager roles available in the Coffs Harbour and Woolgoolga areas. From Customer Service to Replenishment, you will ensure our shelves are full, the displays look great and customers come first. Your passion for retailing, merchandising, team leadership and development will directly impact our sales and the overall success of our store.

About the Role

Roles could include: Online Manager, Night Fill Manager & Fresh Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Leading teams across our store Department's to put team and customers first through the day-to-day management of the department
  • Coaching Teams to deliver great shopping experiences through superb store standards in Food Safety, Safety and Merchandising Standards
  • Delivering key performance metrics and targets across the department
  • Ensure daily operational routines are completed

When you will be needed

This full-time salaried role is best suited to an individual with flexible availability to work early mornings, days and late nights across a fortnightly rotational roster including weekends.
