About the Role

As a Production Draftsperson, you will be responsible for the accurate preparation of working drawings that incorporates house sitings, floor plans, elevations, internal drawings, slab layouts & facade details. Also incorporated will be the full detail drawings (cabinet, steel & facades).

This role plays a key part in the initial stages of our customers’ home building journeys and interacts with multiple internal stakeholders, meaning this role will expose you to endless learning opportunities across the lifecycle of construction.

We would like to hear from you if you:

• Have experience working in a residential home construction environment, with an understanding of the related construction practices, including knowledge of all current codes and regulations.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Applications and database operation. 
• Are proactive, with the ability to think on your feet – we’re looking for a good problem solver (construction & drafting related matters).
• Can prioritise tasks and time manage effectively with patience and persistence.
• Are a clear and confident communicator who can work to deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and detail.
• Possess a strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills, for both internal and external partners
•  Work collaboratively with others to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Work well in an environment with changing priorities and deadlines
