What we are looking for:

Due to program and hardware updates, we’re looking for an IT Deployment Officer to join our team until June 2025. You’ll be responsible for triaging helpdesk requests and deploying hardware.

What your day will look like:

  • Installing computer hardware and software as required
  • Deployment of new mobile / tablets
  • Recording and tracing IT assets
  • Providing a high level of customer service

What you’ll need for success:

  • Understanding of various hardware components like desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Ability to carry transport PC hardware
  • Record keeping skills
