We are looking to recruit a Direct Marketing Campaign Specialists to our Marketing COE, to manage the delivery of our One to One personalised marketing campaign activity across our B2B portfolio (Broker, Commercial & Personal Injury) and establish foundational activities to enable future cross-channel communications. This is a newly established team and you will have an opportunity to contribute to what is happening in this space and make a real impact.

You’ll have a good track record in One to One marketing where you’ve been creating and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns (EDM and SMS), ideally within a Financial Services or at least a very service oriented industry.

About the role

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop the annual marketing plan to achieve acquisition, retention, and cross-sell targets.
  • Develop briefs, collate content, and manage the approval process for campaign activity (e.g., EDM, and SMSetc.) for campaigns.
  • Collaborate across the B2B, One to One Marketing team to develop and refine messaging, offers, and call to action best practices.
  • Utilise data and reporting to develop compelling insights and value propositions, and inform marketing briefs, ensuring continual optimisation of campaign activity.
  • Leverage analytics and insights in the identification, execution, and optimisation of campaign activity.
  • Measure and track campaign performance and effectiveness to optimise future investment.

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar MarTech systems.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, customer relationship management, and campaign platforms.
  • Demonstrated evidence of successfully delivering projects within time, budget, and resource constraints and sustaining outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in data-driven marketing and utilising analytics to drive value.
  • Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
