Are you passionate about modern and contemporary food, getting creative and working in an innovative and inspiring kitchen brigade? We have the opportunity to welcome a progressive and forwarding thinking Commi Chef to Crystalbrook Riley. Unleash your culinary creativity and indulge your love for modern and contemporary cuisine as you join our powerhouse team.
The person:
Relevant to your experience, we welcome interest from culinary experts who are passionate and committed to refined food preparation, have a passion for sourcing produce locally and a high attention to detail. You will be a driven professional and be able to demonstrate relevant experience acquired from a bustling and high functioning kitchen environment. We are looking for the right person with flexibility to work across both breakfast and dinner shifts and who has the relevant trade qualified and hold certification in Commercial Cookery. Are you:
- A passionate Commi Chef with at least 12 months experience in fine dining food preparation across a variety of cuisines. You will have a proven track record of creating delicious and beautiful dishes.
- A master of food presentation with a keen eye for guest satisfaction and creating enviable dishes. Your dedication to using local, seasonal produce will ensure every dish is a masterpiece.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, maintaining high standards in the kitchen is second nature to you.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You champion guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional dishes through teamwork and collaboration.
- An invested team player who contributes to a positive work ethic. You ensure a safe and efficient kitchen operation, managing stock levels and navigating the demands of a high-functioning kitchen with ease.
