Mercedes-Benz Gold Coast is a well established Mercedes-Benz motor dealership located in Robina.

We are currently looking for a Casual Showroom Host to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Meeting, greeting and managing all visitors to the Showroom and providing the highest quality of customer engagement.
• Offering refreshments to all guests entering the showroom.
• Identifying all vehicle enquires.
• Conducting a warm and brief handover to the Sales Executive.
• Establishing guest status (e.g. walk- in / appointment / or existing customer / service).
• Being aware of the overall objectives of the New and POV Vehicles Sales Department and to assist at all times to ensure the planned objectives are achieved or exceeded.
• Attending sales briefings / weekly sales meetings and training sessions.

The successful applicant will work a casual roster, covering Saturdays from 8.30am - 5.00pm and additional shifts as required.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

• Sound Product Knowledge
• Previous experience in retail / customer service essential 
• Excellent rapport-building skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Confident computer skills - able to pick up new systems
• An appreciation of the importance of building client relationships
