The Opportunity
 
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the EGM People & Culture is a key member of the Executive team and will work collaboratively drive a customer-centric culture of high performance and continuous improvement. The key areas of focus for this position will be to:

  • Lead transformation agenda across the people function
  • Enhance and foster organisational business partnering
  • Enhance workforce engagement through innovative recruitment and retention initiatives
  • Foster a culture of high performance, respect and continuous improvement
  • Create a contemporary WHS culture with a wellbeing and psychosocial focus

 
About You
 
The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong HR Executive track record within a highly competitive consumer driven market in an organisation of equal or greater scale.
  • Depth of experience leading transformative agendas to drive an innovative and contemporised culture.
  • Proven track record enhancing workforce engagement and wellbeing.
  • High level leadership and management experience navigating significant organisational change.
  • Strong desires to contribute to the mission of LiveBetter, and the overall improvement of the sector.
