The Opportunity:
We're looking for a driven and energetic Sales Consultant to join our team and support families to find the perfect aged care accommodation. The southern Hub covers six locations from Bundanoon to Canberra.

Key responsibilities
•    Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet room occupancy targets
•    Build relationships with families and caregivers to understand their needs and preferences
•    Showcase the features and amenities of our aged care facilities through personalised tours and presentations
•    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
•    Support enquiries and provide accurate information about room availability, pricing, and services

To thrive in this role, you will need: 
•    Previous experience in sales, preferably in the aged care or real estate industry
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathise and connect with our customers and their families
•    Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
