Job Description

Pulse Child Care Crew is currently working with a beautiful centre in Gregory Hills that are looking for reliable and experienced Casual Early Childhood Teachers.

As a Casual Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

  • Be a team player and you won't be shy in sharing your ideas and creative flare
  • Understand that communication is detrimental in this role as it is so important to be confident in talking to children, families, external agencies and staff
  • Be open to providing support and guidance along with having the ability to build a trusting partnership
  • Have a willingness to learn and grow with the team
  • Collaborate and network with other educators to provide a stimulating program
  • Ensure you follow centre policies and procedures in accordance with the National Regulations
  • Support the needs of each child
  • Ensure you are following the program/planning and relfection process

About you:

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in a long daycare setting with the below essential criteria:

  • Completed Early Childhood Teacher Degree + NESA Accreditation
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Good knowledge of EYLF & NQS
  • Passion for the early childhood industry
  • Previous experience in a centre environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both with staff and families
  • Reliable and committed
