Haynes are currently seeking a Service Coordinator for a position with our valued client Hastings Deering based in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.

Key responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:

  • Action tasks relating to outside purchase orders.
  • Accurately entering customer machine information into manufacturer database.
  • Auditing and reporting on incoming Invoicing
  • Provide administrative support
  • Prepare and post monthly service contract invoicing and adhere to month end timeframes.
  • Onboard/Offboard assets & customers in Vision link, My.Cat.com & Customer Portal
  • Assist in the development of accurate customer quoting.

About the offer

  • Employment on a casual basis
  • Monday to Friday roster
  • 25hours per week
  • Attractive rates

Position requirements:

  • Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Previous experience in a service orientated environment is essential.
  • Must be competent using computers & Microsoft office.
  • Motivated and strong work ethic with excellent organizational skills
  • Be Physically fit to pass a Pre-Employment Medical + D&A Screening.
