The role
Crown Towers is the ultimate hotel destination. With sweeping city views, sophisticated interiors and Forbes 5-star facilities it provides guests with all the luxury they deserve. We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Crown Towers Front Office team.
In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
Provide a personalised and seamless check in and check out experience for our guests. Display an in-depth knowledge of Crown hotel products and facilities, as well as service offerings across the broader Crown complex. Provide a professional, friendly, and courteous approach to all customers recognising different needs of individuals and attending to them accordingly.About you
You’ll bring the following:
Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia. Previous experience in a Hotel, Tourism or Hospitality related front-line, customer service role is preferred. Commitment to shifts across a 24/7 roster including weekends, overnights and public holidays. Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (OPERA) would be advantageous.
